RahMatch, formerly known as Muslim PatroPatri, was founded in 2022 with a simple mission: to help Muslim individuals find compatible life partners in a structured, Islamically appropriate way, while placing the highest importance on privacy, intention, and respect.
RahMatch was built in response to a real need within our communities. A need for a marriage-focused platform that prioritizes values over appearances, intention over endless chatting, and dignity over exposure.
In Islam, naseeb refers to what has been written for a person. We believe that while marriage is part of one's naseeb, we are still encouraged to take the right steps, seek guidance, and act with sincerity. RahMatch exists to help facilitate those steps in a halal and respectful way, without claiming to determine outcomes.
Not every connection is meant to work out, and that's okay. When something is truly meant for you, clarity comes with it. Our role is simply to help bring sincere intentions together in a way that aligns with Islamic values.
We believe the family unit plays a central role in marriage in Islam. RahMatch is designed to support that reality by encouraging transparency, accountability, and family involvement where appropriate. From structured introductions to coordinator-facilitated meetings, every stage of the process is designed to remain respectful, purposeful, and halal.
We also encourage users to pray istikhara, make duʿāʾ, and seek guidance from Allah throughout their journey. Technology can facilitate introductions, but true success comes from sincerity, patience, and reliance on Allah.
RahMatch is currently free for users. We operate on community donations and the support of those who believe in making halal marriage more accessible. This allows us to focus on service over profit and remain aligned with the values we were built upon.
Profiles are anonymous until both parties match. Photos are shared only when both agree.
Real people guide the process, ensuring respectful and halal interactions.
Users can create profiles on behalf of family members and involve families throughout.
Intentional limits per month encourage thoughtful, serious connections.
